Osteria Dante brings together the spirit of an Italian osteria and the culinary heritage of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic.
Our philosophy is simple: exceptional ingredients, honest cooking and food made to be enjoyed together.
We look to local traditions without being bound by them, creating a restaurant that feels connected to Dubrovnik while expressing a contemporary Mediterranean identity.

From the Sea, the Garden and the Land
Our kitchen begins with what surrounds us.
Fresh fish and shellfish from the Adriatic, seasonal vegetables, carefully selected meats and ingredients familiar to the Dalmatian table form the foundation of the menu.
Dubrovnik traditions meet Mediterranean and Italian influences through dishes that are recognisable, uncomplicated and driven by the quality of the ingredient.

Made for the Table
At the heart of Osteria Dante is food made to be shared.
Whole fish, octopus, veal and lamb prepared in the wood-fired oven sit alongside brodet, grilled fish and selected cuts of meat.
These are dishes that take their time in the kitchen and arrive at the table whole — created for two or more, for sharing, conversation and evenings that are not meant to be rushed.

Throughout the year, we host a curated programme of themed cabaret evenings, live music, special dinners and seasonal events, bringing together food, atmosphere and performance.
For selected occasions, our kitchen creates menus specifically for the evening — from Mediterranean small bites and sharing plates to specially curated dinners.
